CREDIT ANALYST RETAIL BANKING

Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for credit evaluation? We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Credit Analysts to join our Retail Banking team in the Colombo & Wennappuwa Regional Office.

Job Role:

• Assess and analyze retail credit applications to ensure sound lending decisions.
• Conduct financial and risk analysis to evaluate customer creditworthiness.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with branch teams to support business growth while maintaining portfolio quality.

The Candidate Profile:

• Experience in credit evaluation, retail lending, or risk assessment.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
