- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a Luxury resort.
- Positive thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Flexible working hours, hands on, people’s person and service oriented.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt as necessary, while taking initiative.
- Strong communication skills, flair performance and able to do multitask.
Pastry Sous Chef
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Luxury resort.
- Culinary School Diploma with Certified Pastry Chef.
- Flexible working hours, hands on, people’s person and service oriented.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt as necessary, while taking initiative.
- Prior exposure in LHW will be an added advantage.
