We are a leading multinational company in trims and packaging for the apparel industry with a BOI facility located at Katana, Negombo, supplying products for branded retailers in Europe and the USA. We are seeking a highly skilled Offset Heidelberg 6-Colour Printing Machine Operator who will manage Heidelberg 6-Colour Offset Printing Machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the Heidelberg 6-Colour offset printing machine efficiently.
- Set up printing jobs, including colour registration, ink mixing, and machine calibration.
- Monitor the print quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the printing area.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating a Heidelberg 6-Colour offset printing machine.
- Strong knowledge of colour matching, printing techniques, and machine maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and make minor repairs.
- Attention to detail and ability to detect printing errors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Willingness to work day and night shifts.
