Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across departments.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance goals.
- Monitor resource allocation, budgets, and key operational metrics.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Lead and motivate teams to deliver peak performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar operational leadership role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related are a plus.
- Knowing Sinhala, Tamil, and English will be considered a strong advantage.
