Team Leader / Mid-Level Manager

BPO Outsourcing

• Experience: 5-8 years in BPO outsourcing, with team management experience
• Team Size: 20-40 people
• Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); Tamil preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of 20-40 members in delivering high-quality outsourced services.
• Ensure client SLAs and quality standards are met.
• Coach team members and manage performance metrics.
• Coordinate with international clients as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong BPO outsourcing background.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
