ENROLMENT COUNSELLORS
In this role, you will be responsible for enrolling potential students while working closely with our marketing and student services teams. You will counsel individuals to choose from our portfolio of specialised programmes that best align with their personal development goals and career aspirations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in the education sector in a student counselling/sales roles is an added advantage
- At least 1 year in a customer-facing role in education, banking, finance, hospitality or related services industries
- Exposure to B2B or B2C sales and industry verticals such as 3PL, IT, Aviation, Fashion, Business, Supply Chain, Travel or Hospitality is desirable
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
- Excellent command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work 5.5 days per week, including Saturday or Sunday, if required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet or exceed individual and team-based sales targets, including enrolling the target number of students each intake
- Engage with prospective students and parents, providing accurate and personalised guidance on our range of degree programmes
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable study pathways from the NEXT education portfolio
- Manage the admissions process — from initial inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a seamless experience
- Meet or exceed individual and team-based sales targets
- Participate in education fairs, webinars, school visits and other student outreach initiatives
