ACCOUNTANT
- Manage finance and administrative function and deliver management accounting and statutory reporting requirements while critically evaluating existing process & controls of the company.
- Work with standard accounting and property management software (e.g., Boost) to manage overall company accounts.
- Prepare, manage and maintain budgets, expenses, inventory, payments and supplier invoices.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, cash flow and monthly income/expense statements.
- Work with company auditors.
- Take overall responsibility of finance department covering multiple properties and locations.
- Handle day-to-day payments, receipts, petty cash and banking.
- Oversee and maintain company overall finance, purchasing, inventory and payroll functions.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance with part qualified chartered from a professional accounting body.
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Office and Accounting Software.
- Age under 50 years.
- Must have: At least 3+ years’ experience in the same capacity in hospitality industry (hotel or restaurant).
