What you need to do:
- To support the senior chefs to creative a culinary journey to suit the customer high expectations and innovations in the line of business direction.
- To gather develop new products with senior chefs and involved on setting standard recipes and fit to changers whenever require.
- Focus on product quality & consistency and follow processes and SOPs given by the management.
- Willing to Learn & Develop towards a better future & correct on the job training to be conducted to fellow cooks.
- Maintain the consistency of the food quality.
What you need to do:
- Specialist technical knowledge in the respective categories of the kitchen department.
- 3-to-4-year experience in a recognize Hotel and minimum of 01 years in banquet kitchen operation.
- Degree / Diploma in cookery from a recognize Hotel School will be an additional advantage.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and quality assurance.
