SALES COORDINATOR

TS Technologies, a premier provider of Digital Signage and Queue Management Solutions in Sri Lanka, has been serving an esteemed corporate clientele since 2011. Specializing in cutting-edge technologies that enhance customer experience, the company offers expertise in Customer Feedback Solutions, SMART Boards, SMART Classrooms, Board Room Solutions, and related hardware. TS Technologies is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with strong documentation skills to join the team as a Sales Coordinator.

Role Overview

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, coordination between sales, other teams and customers, and support the sales team with documentation. This position involves activities such as proposal preparation, evaluating tender documents and preparation of detailed responses, with attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive sales proposals and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with customers to gather necessary information and requirements.
• Document and maintain accurate customer-related details.
• Assist the sales team in various administrative tasks.
• Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM software is a plus

Required Skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment working to deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
