About the role

We are looking for Executive-Training & Development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in conducting training needs analysis and coordinating training activities.
• Support in planning & delivering functional, behavioral & compliance training.
• Support in maintaining training records, evaluations, administrative data and reporting.
• Assist in technical & non-technical skill development initiatives.
• Support in liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors for training.

What you bring

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, especially in Learning & Development, training coordination, or talent development.
• Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or Training & Development.
