Qualifications and Experience We’re After
- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Experience in software industry would be an added advantage.
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field would be an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, PowerPoint and other relevant design tools.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and creating unified visual identities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take creative feedback constructively.
- Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
Your Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Craft compelling graphics for websites, social media, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and various marketing materials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with Bileeta’s brand identity and maintains consistency across platforms.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand design needs and implement feedback effectively.
- Software Proficiency: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma and PowerPoint to develop high-quality visuals.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends to inject fresh, modern aesthetics into all projects.
- Project Management: Handle multiple design projects with a focus on deadlines and quality.
- Quality Assurance: Proof and perfect all visuals before publishing or print.
