Job Requirement
- Identify and engage potential clients to promote HRM solution.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of HRM solution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their HR needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR software, SaaS, or ERP solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with HR processes and HRM software will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients as needed.
