JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented female waiters to join our vibrant team at our soon-to-open café and restaurant in one of Colombo’s most iconic locations!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take orders accurately and communicate effectively to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and address customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Good command of English language will be an additional qualification.
- Working Conditions: Flexibility to work day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and manage a busy café and restaurant environment.
AGE RANGE
Between 24 - 35 Years.

3+ Years (Local and Overseas)
