The IT support staff will play a key role in providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the overall smooth functioning of the company’s IT Systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to technical queries in a timely and efficient manner.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science or IT related fields.
• Minimum 02 yrs hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and Network related issues.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and part of the team.
• Ability to identify recurring problems and propose long-term solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Providing 1st & 2nd line support for IT issues.
• Diagnosing and resolving Software and hardware issues.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems.
• Conducting system upgrades, maintenance, Patch management.
• Supporting company networks and ensuring their security.
• Managing and Resolving IT helpdesk tickets.
• Ensure privacy and data protection.

Weekdays: 08:30 am to 05:00 pm
Saturday: 08:30 am to 01:00 pm
