GUEST RELATIONS ASSISTANT

• Aged below 30 years, Female Candidates
• Minimum one year experience in front office, or customer service in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Patience and a guest-focused attitude

ASSISTANT MANAGER (GUEST RELATIONS)

• Aged below 40 years, Male & Female
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest services preferably in an Eco-lodge
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• A guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
