Guest Service Agent

Key Competencies

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional guest service skills.
  • Ensure accuracy in guest billing and payment processes.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable living and working on a remote island.
