Assistant Manager – Tourist Showroom
Oversees the operations of a tourist showroom or visitor center, providing assistance to tourists and managing various aspects of the showroom. This role involves ensuring smooth customer service, organizing events or displays, and supervising staff.
Candidate Profile:
- Male candidates
- Age between 25 to 45 years
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-year experience in Tourist industry.
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal with ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience and knowledge in MS Office Package and ERP System.
- Knowledge in analyzing data.
- Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist tourists with information about local attractions, activities, and products.
- Create and update accurate sales forecasts for the tourist showroom.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer travel agencies, ensuring they refer their clients to the showroom.
- Monitor showroom performance against sales targets, and identify areas of improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members to improve customer service and sales performance.
