Assistant Stores Manager - Rocell Bathware Ltd (Homagama)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle store operations, merchandise replenishment, inventory management, and administrative duties.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to minimize stock loss.
• Implement operating procedures in the store according to company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply and Material Management
• 5 years of work experience as a Store Manager or in a similar capacity
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Computer literacy (MS Office / ERP systems)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Below 35 years of age
