Position: Branch Manager cum Lecturer
(Should be able to lecture for Business Management or English Language)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Academic Qualifications: A strong academic background with a degree.
- Teaching and Presentation Skills: Excellent teaching ability and presentation skills are essential.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English, with strong public relations skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in the education sector, particularly in lecturing, will be an advantage.
- Mindset: Positive attitude and a strong desire to build a career in the higher education field.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work long hours during special occasions when required and should be able to weekends.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of working under pressure and resolving challenges effectively.
Job Description
As a Branch Manager cum Business Management Lecturer, you will play a dual role in managing branch operations and delivering high-quality academic instruction. Your responsibilities will include:
