ASSOCIATE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage VoIP systems and ensure smooth team-wide phone integration.
  • Administer and maintain cloud-based virtual desktops and relevant servers.
  • Provide technical support for company laptops and internal websites.
  • Handle basic email system configurations (e.g., forwarding, filtering).
  • Maintain HR & Operational systems such as attendance & leave trackers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for social media content approvals.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT Support or System Admin.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and virtual desktops.
  • Working knowledge of domain and email configurations.
  • Independent problem-solver with strong communication skills.
