ASSOCIATE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage VoIP systems and ensure smooth team-wide phone integration.
- Administer and maintain cloud-based virtual desktops and relevant servers.
- Provide technical support for company laptops and internal websites.
- Handle basic email system configurations (e.g., forwarding, filtering).
- Maintain HR & Operational systems such as attendance & leave trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for social media content approvals.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support or System Admin.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and virtual desktops.
- Working knowledge of domain and email configurations.
- Independent problem-solver with strong communication skills.
