REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or a similar field consider advantages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle additional (ad hoc) tasks as assigned by management when required.
- Physically fit (as per requirement by the government Doha Qatar).
- Doesn’t have criminal record (as per requirement by the government Doha Qatar).
- For those who can join in short notice /one month notice consider advantages.
- Experience is a Must for Qatar applicant at least 2 years and above based on job post.
- For those whose have experience working in Middle East consider advantages.
- For those who can speak Arabic consider advantages.
- Preferred Male.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong coordination across teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Engineer will also handle technical assessments, risk management, and stakeholder communication to drive project success.
1. Project Planning, Control & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage project plans, schedules, material, manpower and budgets.
- Oversee all stages of project development, ensuring alignment with company objectives, budget constraints, timelines, and quality standards.
- Plan and lead project activities according to the defined scope and deliverables.
- Control project expenditures to remain within budget limitations.
- Prepare interim and final project reports, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct project technical specification studies, contract review, quality & SHE plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Identify and address technical challenges, proposing solutions to optimize project outcomes.
2. Team Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Procurement, Logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
- Ensure effective communication across all project phases, facilitating problem-solving and decision-making.
- Assist in risk management by identifying potential project issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support project objectives.
