MINI BAR WAITER
Meeru Maldives Resort Island is looking for dynamic, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about providing an excellent customer service to join our team as a Mini Bar Waiter.
- Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the mini bar on daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking all products from the daily functions sheet.
- Locks up and stores all beverage and other products items at all times.
- Ensure the bar and office areas immaculately clean at all times.
- Reconciliation of physical stock takings with ventilation sheet.
- Do stock rotation of all bar items (FIFO).
- Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard resort cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Minimum one year previous Hotel Restaurant / Rooms Service / Mini bar experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
