We are now looking for a dynamic and decisive personality for the following vacancy in our company to serve in “JETOUR” passenger vehicles section. “JETOUR” is the world-renowned passenger vehicle brand.
Overview Of The Role
- The Manager - Sales, is responsible for driving the growth and success of sales divisions. This role requires a strategic and dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the automotive industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
What You Will Do
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies for JETOUR Passenger Vehicles to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Manage the brand operations & sales, ensuring efficient and effective processes to optimize sales performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform sales strategies.
- Oversee the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee after-sales services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve sales processes and strategies, staying ahead of industry trends and enhancing the company's market presence.
What Equips You For The Role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Sales or equivalent full professional qualifications.
- 15 - 20 years of professional and industry experience with a minimum of 10 years proven success in a management role preferably in automotive industry.
- Experience in an Asian mass market automotive brand.
- Age between 35-45.
- Must be a permanent resident in Colombo and suburbs.

- Strong Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies while adapting to changing market conditions with agility.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving them to achieve complex solutions and business goals.
- Marketing Acumen: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Sales and Revenue Management: Expertise in achieving budgeted.
