Location: Matara
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or interior solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic financial reporting.
- Fluency in Sinhala and English is a must.
