QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities

• Prepare monitor bill of quantities (BOQ), Price adjustments, estimations, cost analysis, tendering.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage procurement activities, including maintaining trackers and coordination with procurement and finance teams.
• Attend site meetings and project reviews, work and ensure project costs are effectively tracked and controlled.
• Support procurement activities and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost align with approved allocations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management on cost forecasting, budget adjustments, and overall project financial health.

Requirements

• Age Between 25 – 35
• Male
• Experience: BSc (QS) - 3 years or HND (QS) - 5 years or equal qualification.
• AutoCAD Knowledge added advantage.
• Be willing to travel to Projects.
• Location: Pannipitiya.
