PHARMACIST

• SLMC Registered Qualified Pharmacists
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy, hospital.
• Strong understanding of pharmacology and drug interactions.
• Knowledge of prescriptions, dosage, and pharmaceutical ethics.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medication.
• Ability to work in shifts (Day/Night)

MEDICAL OFFICER

• MBBS degree from a recognized university or medical college
• Must be registered with the Medical Council of Sri Lanka (SLMC)
• Minimum 1-3 years of post-intern experience
• Clinical diagnosis and treatment expertise
• Knowledge of emergency care, general medicine, and patient handling
• Proficiency in maintaining patient records and prescriptions
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and medical ethics
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts/rounds
• Willingness to be on call (if required)
• Team-oriented and compassionate approach

CHIEF NURSING OFFICER

• SLMC Registered Qualified Nursing Officer with Post Basic.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control, and patient care standards
• Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff
• Good communication, empathy, and crisis management
• Ability to manage nursing schedules and duties
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with medical regulations
• Willingness to work in shifts or take emergency calls, if needed
