Assistant HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the full spectrum of HR operations across head office and branches.
  • Drive and monitor the execution of a performance management system.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.

Candidate Profile:

  • Over 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a finance environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a professional qualification (e.g., PQHRM).
  • Clear track record of high-level professionalism and integrity.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal, and in business presentations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel across all branches islandwide.
