About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct on-site solar assessments and technical evaluations.
• Provide technical support for solar panels and inverter installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the solar system.
• Assist in designing and optimizing solar energy solutions based on site requirements.
• Educate clients on system operations, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and proposals as required.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the solar energy sector.
• Outgoing personality with willingness to engage in frequent field visits.
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala is required; fluency in Tamil will be considered an added advantage.
• Academic or professional qualifications in electrical and electronic engineering.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including technical knowledge of solar panels and inverters.
