Finance Officer - Thalawathugoda
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher Qualification in Finance, Accounting or Partial qualification in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA or Partial/Full qualification in AAT.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Experience in Credit Management would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
