TECHNICAL OFFICER

Zion Holdings (Genesis), a fast-growing construction & interior designing Company is looking for a dynamic individual who can undertake and manage our house construction site at Negombo.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Able to read / understand the architectural and structural detailed drawing.
• Giving instructions to workers, subcontractors.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in Building Construction.
• Taking measurements.
• Carrying out technical work.
• NCT, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
• Sound knowledge on construction of houses as per the industry standards.
• Ability to do thorough inspections and eliminate the technical issues.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work extra hours and weekend.
• Residence in Negombo will be an added advantage.
