We are looking for a highly organized and proactive technical officer to join our team. This role is critical in bridging production and site operations, ensuring seamless workflow, timely execution, and quality control in interior fit-out projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee and maintain production and site schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate logistics between production, transport, and on-site teams to streamline operations.
- Act as the central point of contact between production, site teams, contractors, and department heads to facilitate smooth communication.
- Ensure all materials, tools, and resources are available for on-site installations and manufacturing.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot delays, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, emails, and phone correspondence.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or commercial interior projects industry.
- Strong understanding of production coordination, site logistics, and project execution.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site as required.
