Below 35 years is preferred.

Educational Qualifications

• HND (Civil), NCT (Civil), NVQ (Level 4 or above) is advantageous.

Previous Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction projects. Preferably in painting, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
• Experience managing similar type of works with contract values above Rs 10M is required, Rs 25 is preferable, Rs 50M is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Proven experience in below mentioned responsibilities is required.

• Plan project material, tools and labour requirements to achieve scope within given timeframe. Experience using MS Project is desirable.
• Efficiently mobilise project to plan.
• Manage material/tools supply and labour/work force to achieve targets.
• Monitor progress and report: work done, labour allocation, material consumption etc.
• Strictly manage project budget, billing and payment collection, with proactive credit control.
• Evaluate progress, update plans and resource deployment to achieve targets.
• Co-ordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders (projects, stores, administration and accounts departments) and external stakeholders (main contractor, consultants, clients, QS and accounts departments) to achieve the tasks and targets.

• Able to be independent, proactive and take initiative.

Drivers Licence

For motorcycle – required.

Remuneration

Negotiable – based on qualifications, skills and experience.
