Junior Secretary

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle email correspondence and professional communication.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
  • Assist in event planning and training sessions.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience (Freshman are welcome to apply).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
