REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling or customer service (Candidates in the hospitality industry are encouraged to apply).
• The ideal candidate should be a female, between 25 - 35 years of age.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing (Added Advantage).
• Office administration skills will be an added advantage.
• Possess good telephone etiquette.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office package, the Internet, and email.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
