ECO Spindle’s technologically advanced facility is Sri Lanka’s first ever yarn manufacturing plant producing recycled polyester and monofilament using PET bottles. We are the world’s first ever Flake to POY facility and proud to acclaim the lowest carbon footprint in yarn manufacturing.

We are looking for self-motivated, dynamic individuals with a high degree of drive, enthusiasm, and excellent technical skills to join us at our manufacturing facility at BOI Zone, Horana.

Vacancy: Technicians - Electrical/Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of machine maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and equipment upkeep, with the support of existing technicians.
• Attend to breakdowns promptly to ensure production schedules are not disrupted.
• Follow established procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Update and maintain all relevant documents and records related to machines and tools.
• Carry out any other related tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Basic Qualification and Requirements

• Qualified in G.C.E. O/L or A/L and completed NVQ Level 03 or an equivalent qualification related to Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Below 30 years of age.
• Must be prepared to work with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility in working hours.
