The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our packing machine. You will ensure consistent production of high-quality while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the packing machine to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions promptly.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate filling, sealing, and cutting.
- Monitor packaging material levels and replenish as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Perform minor repairs and part replacements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating and maintaining packaging machines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
