MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Darley Butler & Co. Ltd markets some of the most popular FMCG Brands in the Sri Lankan market. With the growth of portfolio of our brands and our continuous strive for excellence, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Marketing Associate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reviewing all marketing campaigns across the group and reporting back to marketing team.
- Liase with inter-functional divisions including Sales, supply chain, commercial and other divisions for an effective functioning.
- Planning and execution of special projects assigned by brand managers time to time on special marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities (ATL/BTL) while analyzing current market performance and trends.
- In depth analysis of consumer insights and customer marketing.
- Collaborate with designers to create eye catching visuals for social media.
- Follow up with suppliers and create POSM to meet market requirements.
- Evaluating special projects conducted by marketing team and maintain records.
Qualifications:
- Strong marketing skills with related education Qualification.
- Experience in FMCG business would be an advantage.
- Experience in digital marketing and managing social media accounts.
- Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala.
- Ability to type and write Sinhala would be an advantage.
- Fair knowledge in using Microsoft excel, word & power points.
- Be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good inter-personal skills and teamwork attitude.
