Marketing Executive / Assistant

British Way English Academy, Sri Lanka’s No.1 English Education Network, is expanding our Marketing Team, covering Business Development Manager and Marketing Executive/Assistant role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation to build a strong online presence.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, workshops, and outreach programs.
  • Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with academic and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Represent the academy at events, exhibitions, and public engagements to increase brand visibility.

Requirements for Business Development Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and project management abilities.

Requirements for Marketing Executive / Assistant

  • Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of social media, Canva, or digital tools is a plus.
