Job Description
The Role
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment in classrooms and labs to ensure seamless functionality during sessions.
- Manage maintenance of desktop and laptop hardware, upgrades & installations.
- Provide technical support for staff on software, hardware, and network issues, assist with new equipment setup, manage IT inventory & software licenses.
- Actively involve in monitoring and maintaining IT network infrastructure and support configuration and related tasks.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Undergraduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
