Legal Intern
Job Role
- Assist in reviewing and drafting company related legal documents including commercial agreements, lease agreements and other land related legal documents.
- Assist in administrative work of the legal department and company secretarial matters.
- Responsible for record keeping and documentation.
- Visit Legal Authorities including Land Registries, Registrar General of Companies and other government offices when necessary.
Candidate Profile
- An undergraduate/graduated in the field of Legal Studies from a recognized local or foreign university.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Package.
- Enthusiastic, self-driven and possesses the ability to perform under minimum supervision.
