RECEPTIONIST
(Student Payments & Front Desk Management)
MALE PREFERRED
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students and visitors at the front desk
- Handle student fee collection and issue receipts
- Maintain accurate records of payments and update student accounts
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information in English and Tamil language would be added Qualifications.
- Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications Advance level or Diploma level
- Basic accounting or payment handling experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication (English, Sinhala) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
