RECEPTIONIST

(Student Payments & Front Desk Management)

MALE PREFERRED

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students and visitors at the front desk
  • Handle student fee collection and issue receipts
  • Maintain accurate records of payments and update student accounts
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information in English and Tamil language would be added Qualifications.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications Advance level or Diploma level
  • Basic accounting or payment handling experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication (English, Sinhala) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
