Somerset Mirissa Blue (Pvt) Ltd is a boutique hotel, which is facing the fabulous Mirissa beach. We require services of highly motivated and result oriented individuals to be part of our dynamic team.

Chef

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
• Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
• Overseeing all kitchen operations.

Maintenance Staff

• Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
• Identifying faults or hazards.
• Troubleshooting system failures.

Housekeeping Staff

• Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors/ Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms/ Keeping the linen room stock.

We are currently looking forward for talented young individuals who can work at the hotel. Selected candidate must have experience in related field with 2 years of work experience (For Chef minimum 3 years is must) in a luxury boutique hotel or star class resort/hotel is a must.

Candidate should willing to work at long hours and work under pressure with Service excellence.
