SPARE PARTS MANAGER
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Spare Parts Manager to lead our spare parts operations and contribute to the strategic growth of our business. This is a key leadership role that requires strong business acumen, technical understanding, and a proactive approach to managing supply chains and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual parts sales strategies, including sales forecasts and growth targets, in collaboration with the Commercial team.
- Lead a cross-functional spare parts team to execute business strategies and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Manage the full parts order-to-delivery process, optimizing workflows, systems, personnel, and KPIs to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee parts demand planning, budgeting, and forecasting, coordinating with regional sales teams and dealers.
- Define and implement competitive pricing strategies across international markets to meet profitability targets.
- Spearhead the development and execution of the parts e-business strategy to expand digital sales channels.
- Analyze key metrics such as fill rates, delivery timelines, sales performance, and open orders to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and maintain market competitiveness.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across various distribution channels by leveraging data-driven planning and evaluation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Age: Below 45 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in spare parts sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence, coach, and drive team performance.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
- High customer service orientation and ability to align solutions with client needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of leading process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business understanding and knowledge of customer operations and supply chain dynamics.
