Motha Confectionery Works (Pvt) Ltd., the undisputed leader in Sri Lanka’s Dessert and Beverage Mixes and Baking Ingredients products with a respected history of more than 60 years, is looking for a self-motivated individual to join their ISO 22000 certified production facility in Bollatha, Ganemulla.

Assistant Manager – Factory Operations

Assisting the Manager – Factory Operations in

• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations and increase efficiency to meet deadlines.
• Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
• Collaborating with quality control team to establish and execute quality control processes.
• Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
• Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.

Candidates Profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Highly self-motivated with a curiosity to learn, flexibility and can-do attitude to work autonomously.

Remuneration package is negotiable and will be on par with the industry standards.
