JOB SUMMARY

CAHM is on an exciting trajectory of growth and international recognition, and we are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Student Recruitment and Sales to lead and expand our student base both locally and globally. This is a senior leadership position ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in student recruitment, sales, or business development and someone who is ready to make a significant impact on the future of hospitality education in Sri Lanka.

As part of CAHM’s senior management team, you will play a central role in driving enrollment, building key partnerships, and elevating the academy’s presence in the competitive education landscape. You will lead a talented and motivated team, working within a world-class environment equipped with modern training facilities and supported by a globally recognized partnership with William Angliss Institute, Australia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to achieve and exceed annual enrollment targets across domestic and international markets.
  • Lead and inspire the student recruitment and sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance, goal-oriented culture.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including local and international schools, industry partners and develop a strong network that would help strengthen the student recruitment drive.
  • Oversee the full student recruitment lifecycle—from lead generation and conversion to enrollment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for prospective students.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Represent CAHM at strategic forums, including local and overseas education fairs, industry expos, and recruitment events, serving as a pivot in the student recruitment drives of the academy.
  • Leverage data and market intelligence to analyze trends, evaluate recruitment strategies, and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment performance, forecasts, and market feedback to the senior management team, providing actionable insights.
