Pattern Maker – Indochina Group

We are Orit Apparels Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. We at Orit single-mindedly focusses on all things denim! We are looking for an individual who can be part of our Operations by way of handling the overall financial aspects related to one of our manufacturing locations.

Scope:

• Discussing the base design with the Production team.
• Developing innovative patterns for various garments.
• Suggesting improvements in the existing designs.
• Examine sketches and sample patterns.
• Determining pattern quantities, shapes, and sizes.
• Adding the pattern specifications into the computer.
• Minimizing material wastes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 05 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Should be able to hand patterns of multiple products TOP/DRESSES/JACKETS/PANTS.
• Grading and knowledge of consumptions.
• Should have knowledge of TUKA and GERBER pattern making and Grading.
• Knowledge in technical & quality standard.
• Diploma/ Certificate in patternmaking or other relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
