INTERN – HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Bogawantalawa Tea Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd., is a leading global marketer of world-renowned teas. With a view to expanding our international footprint we continuously seek to employ professionals with strong business acumen and dedication to excel.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic young individual who aspires to build a career in Human Resources Management to join us immediately for an internship at our processing centre in Welisara.

SCOPE

Our internship programme has been designed for a period of six months, and it provides an opportunity to gain knowledge and exposure to the full spectrum of activities in Human Resource Management in a manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will receive the guidance and support to be trained in a real-time work setting.

APPLICANT PROFILE

• A degree or a diploma or a certificate course in Human Resources Management from a reputed academic or professional institute. Any degree holder who has already chosen the career path in the relevant field can apply.
• An excellent command of communication in both Sinhala and English languages.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Pleasant personality with a willingness to learn, methodical and organized.
• Residing in close proximity to Welisara / Ragama.

Possessing previous experience as an Intern – Human Resources Management will be a definite advantage.
