CCTV & Network Technicians / Trainee CCTV & Network Technicians
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
General duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Do Site Visits, Designing, Installation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of surveillance equipment.
- Ability to provide on the job training to co-works to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Ability to work various work hours, shift, overtime, and call duty assignments.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to provide telephone & online support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum of 1-2 Years experience in Network & CCTV surveillances industry. (Not applicable for trainees).
- A Diploma in Network, CCTV or equivalent Hardware Technology / System or Equivalent from recognized institute.
- Good Knowledge in LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Good knowledge of specialized security equipment to include but not limited to: CCTV cameras, Access control devices, surveillance equipment and Time attendance.
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, recording and control room operations & Security Software Systems.
- He should process excellent communication skills as well as be comfortable working in a team.
- Candidates from Colombo, Kalutara, Gampaha Superb areas will be given the preference.
- Age below 30 Years.
- Must have Valid riding license.
The following additional requirements will be applicable for this position
- May have to work extra hours in case of an emergency.
- Need to work on a Shift roster covering weekend and mercantile holidays.
