Position:

Business Development Officer

We are seeking a Business Development Officer to ensure operational execution of area-wise sales initiatives, enabling maximum profitability and growth in line with company values and goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who can gain hands-on experience and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Area Managers in achieving regional sales objectives by supporting both operational and strategic initiatives.
• Accomplish sales revenue and growth targets for the assigned region.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand market share.
• Collaborate with teams to implement sales plans and achieve company targets.
• Track and report area-wise sales performance.

Requirements:

• Three passes in G.C.E. A/L in Commerce, Mathematics, Science, or Technology.
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, English, and Tamil (mandatory).
• Age below 30 years.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A pleasing personality.
