Landscaping Manager
Key Competencies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma related to Landscaping/Horticulture.
- Possess strong knowledge of gardening practices, plant care, inventory management and the ability to perform all related tasks.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse landscaping team.
- Upskill and train Islanders and team members, fostering career growth.
- Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tasks.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Experience working in the Maldives or other remote locations is highly desirable.
